    Abstract：

    随着幼儿教育事业的发展，幼儿的运动量受到了各个家长的关注，尤其是餐后散步运动。目前很多幼儿教师对餐后散步运动的定义很模糊。在散步过程中，幼儿只是局限在固定区域，缺少自由。同时教师在组织餐后散步过程中，操作形式单一，无法激发幼儿的兴趣，没有真正起到休息的作用。幼儿教师需要为餐后散步运动营造良好的环境，在组织上进行创新，提升餐后散步运动的价值
