    Abstract：

    在教育阶段的发展过程中，主题班会是中、小学德育课程、核心素养得以培养的一个重要组成部分。在中、小学阶段开展主题班会有助于学生各种观念的形成，对学生的核心素质的培养有着良好的推动作用。本文，笔者会根据调查发现 对主题班会在中、小学的开展进行分析，对主题班会开展的作用、意义等进行分析。并且通过对主题班会各个层面的分析使其中的不足得到解决和填充
