Abstract：

对于每一家医院来说，医院的政工干部对整个医院的运作来说都有着十分重要的作用。因为政工干部主要负责的就是医院所有的日常管理以及道德建设等工作，也是医院能够维持下去，建设的主要部分。而同时，对于医护人员来说，拥有教高的道德修养，是医院整体形象提高的基础。因此，本文针对这一相关内容进行一系列分析
