Abstract：
伴随着教育教学体制改革的进行，初中学校对于学生的道德水平和思想认知情况都进行了更多的关注与培育，在尊重学生主体作用之时开展德育教育工作。中学生处于成长中的叛逆期，很容易受不良环境影响。班主任应重视德育工作，用合理、恰当的方式纠正学生成长过程中出现的各种问题，渗透正确价值观、人生观和世界观，引导学生朝着健康积极的方向发展。文章从四个方面分析了班主任提高德育工作水平的策略，以提高学生核心素养，促进其全面发展
