Abstract：
大学生就业问题已经成为社会的热点问题，大学生是祖国的建设者，其就业关系着国家未来的发展。目前我国大学生的就业形势不容乐观，市场经济的发展进入了迟缓期，岗位需求呈现出相对饱和的状态，但就业人数却与日俱增。本论文从就业市场的需求状态切入，分析高校在培养大学生的过程中存在的就业问题，给大学生的职业能力培养提出发展的策略，加强大学生的职业竞争能力
