    在新课程背景下，数学教师作为数学教学活动的组织者、指导者、促进者、参与者和合作者，就应该把课堂的舞台还给学生，以学生为本，让学生用探究学习的方法学习中学数学。本文根据初一数学课堂实际，从而提出初中数学探究学习的有效实施策略。
