    Abstract：

    素质教育背景下，教师在进行初中道德与法治课堂教学过程中，需要引导学生养成良好的法制意识，有助于促进初中生的健康成长。由于初中是建立学生正确的人生观和价值观的重要阶段，通过培养学生法制意识，能够全面培养初中生综合素养，并推动学生全面发展。因此，教师需要创新传统课堂教学模式，积极构建完善的道德与法治学习环境，帮助学生逐渐掌握更多的知识，并有效培养初中生法制意识。
