    Abstract：

    现在的社会需要“眼观六路，耳听八方”的人，也需要做事处处周到的人，更需要具有专业能力的人。因此，传统的教学模式已经无法适应当代学生的学习需求，教师们在新时代应该考虑学生真正缺少的东西，并且在课堂教学中利用自己的专业素养让学生短缺的能力得到补充，从而促进学生的全面提升。
