    Abstract：

    在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下，教育界正全面贯彻党的教育方针，培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人，办好人民满意的教育。教育的使命发生了新变化。教师也被赋予了新期望，从健康发展提升到了幸福成长与发展。然而，传统的心理健康教育难以有效促进教师幸福感的获得和幸福成长。本文运用积极心理学对教师的幸福成长发展进行探索。
