    Abstract：

    目前，随着国家的不断发展和教育理念的不断完善，职业精神越来越受到高校和国家的重视，对高校院校的思想政治教学工作也有了新的要求，高校的思想政治教育除了需要在思政课程加强大学生的思想政治教育，也需要课程思政全方面的提高高职院校的思政教育，在高职院校的思政课中加入职业精神是对大学生思想政治教育全方位的提升，这也是当前高校思政工作深入贯彻该理念的重要举措。本文将通过研究大量资料分析高职院校职业精神和思政课程的相关之处，并为职业精神纳入思政课程提出参考性的意见。
