    在一定程度上教育信息化建设是一项复杂的系统工程，需要教育机构科学合理的对其进行设计和规划。本文主要是针对当前我国诸多中小学中的教育信息化进程中所出现的问题进行分析，并提出解决策略，予以有关单位参考与借鉴。
