Abstract：

节奏是音乐进行时间的组织者，有人称它为音乐的骨架。从某种意义上讲，节奏就是音乐总的感觉。德国当代著名作曲家、儿童音乐教育家卡尔•奥尔夫认为：“音乐构成的第一要素是节奏，不是旋律。”应当说节奏是音乐的生命，是生命力的源泉。因此，奥尔夫在音乐教育中提出了“节奏第一‘’的口号。
