    相较于其他运动项目，中长跑运动十分考验人的体力与耐力，中学体育中长跑训练可以实现对于学生意志的磨砺。基于此，本文就中学体育教学中，中长跑运动的特点及其教学策略进行探讨，以期促进中学中长跑教学质量的提升，更好地发挥中长跑运动效果。
