Abstract：

随着我国素质教育的不断发展和落实，国家有关教育部门越来越注重对于小学数学学困生的转化，这对于全面提高小学数学教学质量具有重要的意义和作用。本文主要论述了培养兴趣，加强小学数学学困生转化策略，旨在促进小学数学学困生数学综合能力和素养的提升，为实现小学数学高效教学课堂的构建奠定良好的基础。
