Abstract：
在初中教育中，德育教育形式手段多种多样，其中对学生的道德引导和价值塑造效果最为显著的是主题班会。主题班会的德育教育展示了实践空间大，灵活多样，针对性强的特点，是初中德育教育的主要形式。在主题班会上，教师的作用十分突出，本文主要从注重氛围的营造和兴趣的激发，结合实际生活，注重提高自身素养等方面打造主题班会展开简略探究。
