Abstract：
经济和社会的不断发展带来了教育理念的更新，社会各界对中学生的心理问题也日渐关注。然而有调查显示我国青少年学生的心理健康状况令人堪忧，其中有心理问题的学生占到初中学生总数的30%-40%，而厌学心理在学生心理问题中所占比重呈逐年上升趋势。厌学并非本来就有的，导致学生产生厌学心理的原因有很多，文章从外部因素及学生个体因素等角度进行分析，并提出了相应的干预方法，以期扭转青少年学生厌学心理。
