    Abstract：

    高等院校是为我国培养优秀人才的重要阵地。在当前的大学生教育管理工作当中，应该将人文关怀充分融入其中。人文关怀主要是将以人为本作为教育理念，将此理念在高等教育管理工作当中充分展现出来。然而，在对大学生进行实际管理的时候依然缺少人文关怀，难以保证其健康发展。本文旨在对人文关怀在高校学生教育管理中的渗透策略进行探索分析，建议仅供参考。
