猪屠宰检疫是确保猪肉食品安全的重要环节,在检疫过程中必须要对生猪的各个脏器进行详细的检查与综合的评估,判断生猪的健康状况;同时还应该掌握猪屠宰检疫的具体方式,能够准确的判断生猪的病理变化,并采用合理的方式加以处理。本文分析了猪屠宰检疫中肺脏的病理变化,并提出了检疫中对肺脏处理的方式,以便提高猪屠宰检疫的质量。
