    在新时期的背景下，初中班主任作为班级管理的指导者与班级建设的引导者，对于整个班级建设中具有不可替代的作用。在初中教学阶段，班主任扮演着重要的管理者与教育者的角色。学生跟班主任之间的沟通日益密切，通过艺术化的管理手段进行班级管理显得尤为重要。对此，文章重点探讨班主任管理工作中教育艺术的运用，达到教育学生的目的。
