Abstract：
给学生养成良好的学习习惯不仅能提高学生的成绩，对学生来说也可以应用在未来的工作和生活中。在学习中培养学生良好的学习习惯，还能有效的构建高效率课堂，也是对学生全面发展的一种培养。良好的行为习惯是能让学生受益终身的，所以培养学生良好的行为习惯可以从培养学生学会倾听着手，让学生能认真听讲，会用数学语言表达问题，培养学生善于思考的习惯，让学生争取的认识数学中的良好行为习惯的重要性，从而促进学生健康发展，构建高效数学课堂。
