    Abstract：

    在我国教育改革不断深入的背景下，全面发展的教育理念在人们的心中达成了共识。但传统初中数学课堂教学模式存在一定的滞后性和局限性，无法在实际教学中践行全面发展的理念。根据教学实践表明，在初中数学教学中采取分层教学教学模式，能够有效弥补传统初中数学课堂教学的不足，满足学生全面发展的需求。为此，本文主要对全面发展理念指导下的初中数学分层教学的实践研究进行了分析和探讨，希望能够给相关人员带来启示。
