    新课程改革正如火如荼地进行，作为一名体育教育工作者，深知让每个学生乐于参与体育运动，并促进每个学生对体育学习兴趣的重要性。从课堂教学的导入让学生感到参加体育锻炼的重要性，通过精心设计活动过程，培养学生参与能力，教师努力提高教学能力，使体育教学达到真正的目的。
