    Abstract：

    当前，随着国内教育改革的持续推进，高中体育与健康教学也慢慢不断进行调整与改革，尤其是随着选修课的出现，篮球已经渐渐成为高中生最为喜欢的一个运动项目，是他们锻炼身体和接受心理教育的主要渠道。高中体育教师在篮球教学中需以新课改为导向，采用切实可行的教学方式，不断提升学生的篮球技能与水平，推动他们身心均得以健康发展。
