    Abstract：

    近年来，国内的建筑行业得到了飞速的发展，建筑规模逐年增大，但是随着建筑过程中工程量越来越大，一些资源浪费的问题就会无可避免的发生。所以，对建筑工程的造价进行管理是十分必要的工作，本文以如今建筑工程的造价管理为研究对象，提出了对造价的管理以及成本控制的措施。
