    伴随着城市化建设进度的加快，政府对城市道路交通施工也更为重视，精细化的施工管理对合理配置资源、提高项目效果与降低建筑成本等方面都有所帮助，那么如何有用的把精细化管理运用在道路施工中便成为研究的主要对象。文章从精细化管理概述和必要性入手，并对运用方法展开剖析。
