    Abstract：

    随着社会进程的加快，人们生活质量逐渐提升，无形当中提高了房屋建造水平。在房建工程施工过程中，梁柱节点作为核心施工环节，这一环节出现安全隐患的概率较高，安全事故发生后，极易影响人们的生活质量，并且房建工程梁柱节点施工效率大幅降低。因此，适时创新梁柱节点施工技术，从整体上提升梁柱节点施工质量，使房建工程施工稳定性明显增加，并真正延长房屋使用年限。本文通过研究房建工程梁柱节点要求，对房建工程中梁柱节点施工技术进行分析。
