    Abstract：

    在小学数学的教学当中应不断开创新的教学方法，其中“小组合作学习”是比较有效果的，在实际开展小组合作学习时教师要学会引导学生自主发现问题和寻找解决方法，最为重要的就是获取数学思维。鉴于此，本文笔者就根据自身教学经验，从当前小学数学课堂中所存在的问题与小学数学教学中实施合作教学模式的探索两个大方面，探讨小学数学教学中小组合作学习的有效性，期待能和各位一线教师共同学习与借鉴。
