    Abstract：

    焦点解决短期治疗是一种新兴的后现代取向心理咨询模式。焦点解决模式是指聚焦于未来之取向，是基于最深层的尊重与信任，相信人皆有复原力的基础上，通过逐步晤谈建构解决之道的心理技术。本文将探讨在焦点解决心理技术视角下，如何带着学困生探寻学生自己的正向资源，在优势资源里挖掘应对力量进而发展出新的应对模式逐渐培养出新的行为方式，从小改变到大改变，以期达到走出困境，羽化而新。
