Abstract：
大学生心理健康教育是指教育工作者运用心理科学的方法，对大学生心理的各个方面带来积极的作用，有利于大学生心理的发展和调整，有利于维持大学生心理健康教育的一系列活动。大学生心理健康教育课程在全国已开设多年，然而仍存在一些问题和改进空间。基于此，文章展开分析，期望带来参考。
