    8月9日――12日，我们随行31人在刘六华副校长和左灯伟主任的带领下，参加了长郡教育集团湘阴2017年新教师岗前培训，通过此次学习，我认为我真的被成功“洗脑”了。我今天的要谈论的题目是：适时“洗脑”，永葆教师之心！
