    国家文化的弘扬，不只依靠网络和报纸及新媒体，也依靠本国家的旅游业为载体进行传播。还是红色旅游业是最具中国文化代表的旅游产业。红色旅游业，弘扬的，是一种积极向上的红色文化。本文将以陕北红色文化为例，简述红色文化在红色资源开发中的应用。
