    Abstract：

    果糖是否具有还原性，教材中没有给出明确答案，要求设计实验进行探究。本文依据葡萄糖的性质设计三个实验对果糖还原性进行探究，并从反应机理的角度进行分析。果糖的结构是多羟基酮，醇羟基具有弱的还原性，可以被强氧化剂氧化，中等强度的氧化剂和弱氧化剂不能将其氧化，但在碱性条件下，酮糖可以转化为醛糖，所以果糖能与弱氧化剂银氨溶液和新制Cu（OH）2发生反应。
