体育学科的五大领域在生命教育中有着其他学科不可比拟的优势：运动参与方面，引导学生对认识生命，珍惜生命意识与兴趣；在课堂内外，增强学生生存技能和应对紧急危险能力；通过教学，发展学生应对生命危险的心理素质和适应能力。
