    合理发挥就业指导作用，是高校辅导员“九大职能”中的必然要求，随着内外部环境和就业形势发生变化，不同群体对于辅导员开展就业指导活动的目标提出新的要求，在目标导向之下，高校辅导员的就业指导活动的开展主要以就业、择业技巧的“辅”和择业观、职业坚守精神的“导”上。
