Abstract：

在人们的日常生活之中，羽毛球更多的是以游戏活动的一种形式出现的，并非是一种运动方式。因此，羽毛球作为一种在日常生活中随处可见的球类运动，参与到小学体育体能训练中来说是最好不过的了。如何将日常作为休闲娱乐活动所使用的羽毛球用作小学体育体能训练项目，是小学体育老师所需要研究与实践的目标。
