    Abstract：

    心理健康教育是伴随学生一生的教育，小学阶段的心理健康教育是学生成长的基础和起点，对于启发学生的心智、激发其潜能都有着重大意义。然而就当下的情况来看，小学心理健康教育还存在较大问题，主要表现在家庭、学习生活及学校适应方面。因此，如何加强小学生的心理辅导、培养其健康的心理素质，已成为家庭、学校双方面对的共同问题。
