AI 重构教育生态,小学母语教学遭遇深层挑战。本文从 AI 赋能价值出发,剖析教师角色转型困境:数字素养滞后、技术僭越削弱人文关怀、角色模糊滋生职业倦怠、智能评价失之于浅。据此提出四维重塑路径:从知识传授转向智慧引领,从课堂主讲转向场景重构,从单一评价转向成长陪伴,从经验型教师转向人机协同研究者。研究认为,AI 时代语文教师应在技术赋能与人文坚守的辩证统一中完成角色升维,担当灵魂呵护与母语传承的育人使命。
