Abstract：
当前教育改革强调学科核心素养的培育，高中化学作为基础学科亟需探索新型教学模式。项目化教学以其跨学科整合与实践导向特性，为化学知识向素养转化搭建了有效桥梁。本文从学生认知发展规律出发，剖析项目化教学与化学核心素养的内在关联，致力于构建系统化实施框架，突破传统教学的知识碎片化局限，实现从掌握知识到发展能力的教学转型。
