Abstract：
英语听力学习一直是中学学困生面临的重大挑战，传统的听力教学模式难以满足学困生差异化需求，学生普遍缺乏科学有效的听力训练方法和自主学习习惯，导致听力学习成效不佳，AI技术以其个性化、智能化、精准化的特点，为破解这一难题提供了新思路。文章在剖析中学学困生英语听力学习现状的基础上，探究了AI赋能下的个性化听力策略培训路径，提出了相应的策略，为中学英语教师因材施教、提升学困生听力水平提供参考。
