    Abstract：

    随着“双减”政策的实施，高校人才培养需要进行动态调整。研究分析了“双减”政策下高校英语专业就业现状，以Z高校英语专业为例，探索"双减"政策下人才培养与就业市场适配策略。研究提出，高校应通过调整培养目标、优化课程体系，加强职业规划、深化校地合作、完善质量评估机制等提升人才培养与就业市场适配度。
