    Abstract：

    通过对酒店服务类竞赛项目的案例分析，探讨了提高大学生职业素质的途径和方法。本文通过对职业技能竞赛与综合职业素质的内涵进行了阐释。比赛对学生的职业道德、专业技能、交际能力、团队合作能力、创造力等方面产生了积极的作用。本文以一所高职院校的酒店服务竞赛项目为研究对象，通过对比赛前后学生的职业能力的改变进行了分析，并就如何提高职业技能教学质量进行了探讨。
