    Abstract：

    随着时代的不断发展与进步，如何确保建筑工程桩基施工质量，充分延长工程项目基础结构的使用寿命，现已成为有关从业技术人员关注的重要课题。本文以缔景华府花园项目为例，分别基于现场考察、设备选定、参数调节、桩头处理、激振点选择、传感器安装、现场检测与数据分析等角度对项目桩基检测过程当中低应变反射法的具体应用流程进行了阐述，同时介绍了确保桩基检测结果准确性的注意事项，旨在为有关技术人员提供参考。
