Abstract：
师范生职业理想培养是师范生人才培养的重要组成部分，也是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想理论体系关于教育论述部分的重要内容。本文在“KAPO”三维教育目标模型理论的基础上以师范生职业理想培养现状为研究背景通过广泛调研和理论分析设计出一套科学合理的高校师范生职业理想培养机制补充师范专业职业理想培养机制不足的现状，提升师范生职业理想水平。
