Abstract：
产教融合是新时期职业教育改革发展的重要战略部署，文章以高职档案教育为研究对象，深入分析产教融合背景下高职档案教育面临的机遇与挑战，并提出了创新人才培养理念、优化人才培养过程、创新人才培养方法等对策，目的在于推动高职档案教育适应新时代档案事业发展需求，培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技术技能型档案人才，从而为新时代档案事业高质量发展提供人才支撑。
