Abstract：
全文阐释了以核心素养为导向的小学英语写作教学现状以及存在问题，从传统课堂制约、教学针对性欠缺、写作动机不足等角度分析当前局面，探讨方法、资源以及培训方面的不足对学生们核心素养养成带来的挑战，提出设计多样任务、创设真实情境、构建合作互动机制以及个性化评价体系等策略，力图构建切实有效的新课堂模式。
