Abstract：
《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》指出，幼儿园不仅需要致力保障幼儿身体健康，还需要着重培养幼儿良好兴趣与习惯，促进幼儿心理健康发展。同时基于以往大量经验可知，区域活动是非常重要的幼儿园教育渠道之一，展现不可替代的价值。鉴于以上所述，幼儿园教师就有必要积极探索科学区域活动形式与内容，营造良好环境与条件，持续改善幼儿心理健康状态。
