Abstract：
在大数据时代到来之际，以会计人才的供给侧改革为背景，本文提出了基于霍尔三维结构模型的管理会计教学改革方案。在始终坚持OBE的教学理念的前提下，以培养企业需要的具备数据处理能力和前瞻性战略思维的管理型会计人才为目标，按照“一个中心、三个方向、四个转变”的思路进行教学改革设计。通过提出知识输入和知识输出的融合；知识与技能的融合；课上与课下的融合以及专业与思政的融合的四种具体改革措施，为应用型高校课程教学改革实践探索新的方向。
