Abstract：
随着我国经济的快速发展和产业结构的不断调整，会计行业对人才的需求日益增长。中等职业教育作为培养技能型人才的重要途径，其会计专业的人才培养质量直接影响着会计行业的发展。然而，当前中职会计专业的实践教学与会计岗位的实际需求之间存在一定的脱节现象，导致毕业生难以快速适应工作岗位的要求。基于此，本文主要对中职会计专业实践教学与岗位需求衔接措施进行了研究。
