Abstract：
近年来随着人民生活水平的不断提升，旅游需求也不断升级。游客对于导游讲解能力的要求也不断提高。而中职导游专业作为培养导游人才的重要基地，加强对导游专业学生讲解能力的培养，可以有效提高学生的就业竞争能力。本文对新时代导游讲解能力进行了定位，在分析新时代中职导游专业学生讲解能力培养意义的前提下，遵循实践性、综合性、职业导向性、个性化“四原则”，从丰富知识储备、加强语言训练、模拟讲解训练、举办导游大赛、开展实地导游讲解等多方面，探索全面提升中职导游专业学生的讲解能力的有效路径。
