Abstract：
地理课程作为初中阶段一门重要的实践课程，需要学生在地理实践活动学习中学会使用地理工具，提升地理学科综合素养。当前新课标背景下的地理课程强调学生地理实践力的培养，注重学生意志品质和行动能力的提升，实现学生的健康成长。所以，教师要转变传统的地理教学模式，采用大单元教学的方法，帮助学生构建系统的知识框架，加深学生对于知识的理解和应用。基于此，文章通过情境创设开展大单元教学活动，旨在提升学生的地理学科素养。
